Tropical Cellular Smoothie
1 young coconut meat and water
1 small peach
1 mini burro
4 brazil nuts
1 TBS sea moss jelly
Place fresh coconut water and meat into blender (if the meat is very jelly like, add a second coconut meat only).
Add fresh peach skin on or off, dates, burro, brazil nuts and sea moss jelly into the blender with the coconut and blend till smooth.
Place in the refrigerator if you prefer your smoothie very cold or enjoy straight from the blender.
