After completing a 31 day fast and posting my experiences daily to our Alkalize Vegan Lifestyle Before & After group on FaceBook, I realized many people are interested in fasting for many reasons. Some fast to loose weight while others fast to reverse illness and disease and to prevent illness and disease.

  1. This plan worked for me. It’s not complicated. It talks about increasing your dietary fiber; decreasing carbohydrates, lactose, and sucrose; and limiting portion size. It’s not rocket science, but it worked for my much better than South Beach did.
